Tavis Szeto

Tavis Szeto is the current VP, Asia-Pacific at Apex.AI. Before joining Apex.AI, they were the Director, Automotive & Mobility Solutions Division at Panasonic Industrial Devices Sales Company of America from September 2017 to May 2021. In this role, Tavis led strategy, sales, business and product development for companies supporting global automotive, all-electric vehicle OEMs and companies focused on transformative business models, electrified and autonomous mobility. Prior to Panasonic, Tavis was a Board Advisor for a startup in stealth mode from July 2017 to July 2021 where they provided strategic advice in the areas of business development, management, marketing and partnerships.

Before their Advisor role, Tavis served as the Director Of Strategic Partnerships at Faraday Future from November 2016 to August 2017. Prior to Faraday Future, Tavis was the Sr. Director, Business Development & Automotive Solutions at ChargePoint, Inc. from August 2012 to October 2016. And before ChargePoint, Tavis was the Director, Product Marketing & Communications at Pace from October 2010 to May 2012.

Tavis Szeto has a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
