Luciano Barbosa de Lima

Luciano Barbosa de Lima is an experienced Project Analyst at Apex-Brasil since February 2019, also serving as Head of Programming, Events, and Protocol. Concurrently, Luciano has been a Visiting Professor and Researcher at Universidad de Málaga since July 2007, co-coordinating a course on Cooperation for Development and Humanitarian Aid. As an independent consultant, Luciano identifies and formulates projects, including notable work in Guinea Bissau for Solidarity in Action Foundation. Past roles include IADB Consultant focusing on partnerships for Brazil’s National Forest Inventory, Technical Consultant for FAO, and International Cooperation Specialist at the Brazilian Forest Service. Luciano has extensive experience with UN agencies and holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA in Project Management and a PhD in Economics and Public Policy.
