Ryan Kotta

Ryan Kotta, PE, is a seasoned environmental engineer with extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Engineer at Apex Engineering Group, Inc. since October 2022, Ryan previously held the position of Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer at WSB from November 2021 to September 2022. Prior to this role, Ryan worked at Bolton & Menk, Inc. for over 14 years, contributing as an Environmental Project Manager and Environmental Project Engineer. Ryan also served as an Environmental Design Engineer at Bolton & Menk, Inc. Ryan holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
