Cydney Boel is a seasoned professional in customer success and project management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Customer Success at Apex Leaders since March 2016. With a strong background in cultivating partnerships for private equity firms, Cydney has progressed through various roles at Apex Leaders, including Director, Senior Associate, and Research Associate, each focused on maintaining client relationships and executing projects effectively. Prior to Apex Leaders, Cydney worked as a Project Manager at Lynx Research Consulting, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships, overseeing multiple projects, and ensuring deliverables were accurate and within budget. Cydney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Boise State University, earned in 2013.
