Tay Williams, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Frontier Communications, where they developed employee initiatives, managed benefits, and implemented onboarding programs. They also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Ecolab, processing employee changes and managing the HR inbox. In 2014, they joined Mortenson as an HR Consultant/Talent Acquisition Specialist, utilizing ATS systems and developing tracking sheets for candidate pipeline. They then transitioned to Hollstadt Consulting as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2015 and as a Technical Recruiting Manager at a staffing agency in 2016. In 2017, they served as a Human Resources Analyst (contract) at The Friedkin Group, specializing in ADP RM redesign, testing, automation, and contingent worker projects. They continued their HR career at Iron Mountain from 2017 to 2023, working as an HR Process Analyst and later as an HR Process Specialist and HR Generalist. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Systems Supervisor at Apex Service Partners since 2023.

Tay Williams, MBA, holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Capella University, which was completed from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, Williams obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications- Public Relations from The University of Toledo, from 2010 to 2012.
