Iain Nicholson

Network Administrator/QA Manager/Project Manager at Apex Software

Iain Nicholson has extensive work experience in the field of computer consulting. Iain began their career in 1993 as a Technical Analyst at E.W. Blanch Holdings, Inc., where they were responsible for installing and administering Windows NT 4 SP4, Exchange 5.5, and Outlook 98 client, as well as managing a corporate Help Desk Team of 5. In 2000, they joined Fiserv Health as a Network Engineer, where they installed, configured, and maintained Cisco routers, PIX 515 Firewalls, VPN 3015 Concentrator, SN5428 Storage Router, and Catalyst switches. In 2007, they moved to Apex Software as a Network Administrator/QA Manager/Project Manager. Finally, in 2012, they established their own business, Nicholson Technical Solutions, LLC, where they provide computer consulting services to clients in the San Antonio and Boerne TX area.

Iain Nicholson attended the University of Minnesota from 1986 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Iain also obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June of 2022.
