Mike Cornwell

Mike Cornwell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, software engineering, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder of Sanctuary Leadership since January 2020, Mike has emphasized the importance of influence in leadership. Mike is also an author, having written "Influence and Leadership." Currently serving as a Software Lead for Lockheed Martin Space at Apex Systems and a Team Lead and Cloud Software Architect at SOFtact Solutions, LLC, Mike addresses complex challenges in cloud technology. Previously, Mike has held significant roles including Lead Technologist at Monolith Systems and Technology and Senior Software Engineer positions with various companies. Notably, Mike founded Dixie Fruits, establishing a successful fruit tree nursery, and has a military background as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Virginia Tech and ongoing studies for an Executive MBA in Military and Strategic Leadership at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
