Paula Bauert

Paula Bauert has a wealth of experience in financial leadership roles. Paula currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Apex Tactical Specialties Inc, a renowned designer and manufacturer of aftermarket and OEM parts in the firearms industry. Prior to this, they operated their own consulting company, Bauert Consulting, as a Financial Executive. Paula has also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Delta Mechanical Inc., where they implemented process redesigns and completed accounting records. Paula has served as the Director of Finance at Leading teams to drive growth, improve profitability and manage enterprise risk, as well as Intermec, Inc., where they designed risk management tools and updated financial reporting. Paula has also worked at Intermec Technologies Corporation as the Director of Finance and Controller, Sales Finance, where they integrated finance functions and implemented sales profitability metrics. Earlier in their career, they served as the Business Analysis Manager at Litton Industries and began their professional journey as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Paula Bauert obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University between 1980 and 1984. Paula also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) from the State of Michigan, obtained in 1987.
