Scott Lukach is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the waste management and environmental services industry. Currently serving as President and CEO of Apex Waste Solutions since February 2021, Scott previously held significant leadership roles including Vice President of the Environmental Business Unit at Rehrig Pacific Company, where responsibilities included product development, sales and marketing strategy, and managing C-suite relationships with major national accounts. A track record of driving organic growth and business transformation is evident from time spent as Vice President of Business Development at WCA Waste, where Scott led M&A activities and sales initiatives. Earlier career achievements at Rehrig Pacific Company included advancing from Regional Sales Manager to Director of Sales, effectively enhancing revenue across multiple sectors. Scott Lukach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a minor in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
