Narendra Reddy has held various roles in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Starting as a Customer Relation Officer at Hinduja Global Solutions in 2010, they then moved on to roles as an IT Recruiter at SoftHQ Inc and later as a Sr. IT Recruiter at XTGlobal Inc. Most recently, they have served as a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Apex CoVantage starting in 2021.
