Samir Patil

Samir Patil has over 17 years of work experience in human resources management. Samir is currently working as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Apexon since July 2022. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Manager at Apexon since April 2020. From 2015 to 2019, Samir worked as an HR Manager at eInfochips, where they were responsible for managing HR activities across various locations globally and leading the compensation and benefits division for India and the US. Prior to that, they were an HR Process Specialist at Fujitsu Consulting India from 2013 to 2015, focusing on compensation and benefits activities for the India, UAE, and Japan region. From 2007 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Executive at TechMahindra Ltd, where they managed the rewards and recognition program and coordinated vendor evaluations and training programs. Samir also held roles as a Placement Manager at Software Quality Test Lab from 2006 to 2007 and as a Centre Coordinator at IACSD from 2004 to 2006.

Samir Patil completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical - Food from North Maharashtra University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Samir then pursued an MBA in HR from Pune University, graduating in 2003.
