Ryan Muldoon

Ryan Muldoon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ryan began their career as a Sales Advisor at Orange/EE, where they excelled in managing customer expectations and consistently exceeded targets. Ryan then transitioned to SBE Ltd, where they held multiple roles, including Customer Experience Coordinator and IDT Manager. In these positions, they implemented quality assurance initiatives, reshuffled teams to improve efficiency, and managed a repair avoidance product for clients in the telecommunication industry. Most recently, Ryan worked at APG eCommerce Solutions as a Business solutions/IT Project Manager and eventually became the Head Of Business Solutions. In these roles, they oversaw system-specific projects, managed project streams, allocated resources, and coordinated project activities across functional areas within the organization. Ryan'sexpertise includes project management, integrations, and agile processes.

Ryan Muldoon completed their A Level qualification at Kenilworth Castle Sixth Form from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in History at the University of Kent from 2009 to 2012. During their time at the University of Kent, Ryan focused on the subjects of early medieval monasticism, the rise of the Roman Empire, and the American Revolution. In addition to their academic pursuits, Ryan also obtained various certifications, including "Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning" from LinkedIn in March 2023, "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in December 2017, and "Prince2 Practitioner (APMG)" from APMG-International.
