Shamim Nakazibwe

Shamim Nakazibwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and guest relations. Currently serving as a Guest Experience Ambassador at Dubai Airports since February 2021, Shamim assists travelers with various needs, including flight information and check-in procedures. Previously, Shamim held the position of Senior Sales Associate/Incharge at Alshaya from August 2015 to August 2019, where responsibilities included store operations, customer communication, and complaint resolution. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business from Makerere University (2009-2012) and multiple certifications in special education and behavior therapy from Autism Partnership Foundation and Alison, all completed in 2024.
