Avelino Javer

Avelino Javer is a seasoned professional in machine learning and biomedical research, currently serving as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Apheris since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Machine Learning at Relation Therapeutics and Machine Learning Researcher at Sensyne Health. Avelino's academic background features a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Cambridge, complemented by a Master's degree in Biophotonics from Ecole normale supérieure de Cachan, and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
