Bojana Ivanovic

Bojana Ivanovic's work experience includes serving as the Director of Finance, Controlling and Accounting at Apheris since February 2023. Prior to that, from January 2022 to January 2023, they worked at jameda GmbH as the Teamlead Finance & Controlling, where they built and improved controlling practices and reports, recruited and led a new finance and accounting team, coordinated and led budget and forecasts, supervised external tax accounting, and coordinated the post-merger integration between jameda and Docplanner. Bojana also held the position of Senior Controller at jameda from September 2019 to December 2021. Before jameda, they worked as a Senior Consultant at BDO Germany from September 2018 to April 2019. Bojana Ivanovic also gained experience at Bluemont Consulting GmbH, where they served as a Senior Consultant from September 2017 to August 2018, a Consultant from May 2015 to August 2017, and a Consulting Intern from November 2014 to April 2015. Additionally, they worked as an After-Sales Controlling Intern at Bosch GmbH (Bosch Powertools) in 2014, and as the Finance & Point of Contact for Germany at the Organization of Montenegrins Studying Abroad (OMSA) from December 2011 to February 2014. Bojana also gained experience as a Customer Finance Intern at Crnogorski Telekom (part of Deutsche Telekom Group) in August 2013.

Bojana Ivanovic has a diverse education history. Bojana obtained their high school diploma in Mathematics and Natural Sciences from Gimnazija "Slobodan Skerovic" in 2008. Bojana went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and International Business at the University of Montenegro from 2008 to 2012.

In 2011, Bojana participated in the ISU SEE "Doing Business in Emerging Europe" International Summer University program. During the same year, they also completed an exchange semester in Economics at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).

Continuing their educational journey, Bojana pursued a Master of Science degree in International Finance at Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they also studied abroad for a semester in Accounting at the University of South Wales in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Bojana has obtained several certifications. Bojana completed courses in Financial Modeling with Microsoft Excel and Introduction to Financial Modeling through Udemy in November 2018 and October 2018, respectively. In September 2011, they obtained a certification in European Integration: Making Business in a Converging Europe from Vienna University of Economics and Business and partner universities. Furthermore, they received a certification in Business Communication from Business Start-up Center Bar in June 2009.
