Leslie McElligott

Leslie McElligott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in informatics operations, project management, and technical assistance within public health and social intervention domains. Currently serving as a Senior Specialist at the Association of Public Health Laboratories since January 2018, Leslie coordinates knowledge management, oversees contract and payment administration, and provides logistical support for team initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Onsite Professional Organizer and Project Manager at Rachel and Company, Technical Assistance Manager at JBS International, Project Leader and Operations Manager at the Coalition for Evidence-Based Policy, and Statewide Contract Manager at the Arizona Department of Health Services.
