Rbp Robert Nickla Cbsp, Qls, M (ABSA ASCP)

Robert Nickla holds multiple credentials including RBP, CBSP(ABSA), QLS, and M(ASCP), and has extensive experience in public health laboratories. Currently, Robert serves as the Training Program Manager for the Association of Public Health Laboratories, overseeing the administration and management of training programs. Previous roles include Fellowship Program Manager for an APHL-CDC initiative, Biological and Chemical Threat LRN Coordinator at the Oregon State Public Health Laboratory, and Associate Biosafety Officer at Arizona State University. Robert's early career involved various microbiologist positions at the Arizona Department of Health Services, where responsibilities included conducting diagnostic tests, managing training, and developing biosafety protocols. Robert earned a B.S. in Biology from Arizona State University and completed a Public Health Epidemiology Certificate Program at the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University.
