Meghann Dygert

Meghann Dygert is a Senior Policy Associate at the American Public Human Services Association, managing the Center for Child & Family Well-Being's portfolio since October 2022. Previously, Meghann served as a Policy Associate focused on Child Welfare & Family Well-Being from March 2019 to October 2022. Prior experiences include working as a Healthcare Assistant at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, where responsibilities involved coordinating project deliverables and analyzing legislative developments, and as a Paralegal at The Law Offices of Kenneth Hiller, overseeing client files and supporting attorneys. An internship at the United States Supreme Court provided exposure to court procedures and record management. Meghann holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from SUNY Brockport and is pursuing a Master of Public Policy at Oregon State University.
