Jessica Schmitz

Jessica Schmitz is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at APi Construction Company since March 2022, Jessica develops and implements HR policies and oversees functions such as recruiting, employee relations, compensation, and training. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Manager at Unified Women's Healthcare, where Jessica directed daily HR activities, and as a Human Resources Generalist at Portico Benefit Services, focusing on compensation analysis and process improvement. Jessica's career began with the US Army, where skills in quality control and training were honed. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associate in Applied Science in Business Management from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
