Russ Byers

Russ Byers is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and business development, currently serving as the Scaffold Division Manager at APi Construction Company since October 2018. Byers has a history of leadership roles, including past president of the Minnesota Subcontractors Association and president of both Infinity Scaffold, Inc. and the Coon Rapids Cardinal Little League. Byers has demonstrated significant successes in revenue growth, operational efficiency, and team development across various companies, including over threefold increases in revenue and EBITDA at Infinity Scaffold, Inc. Additionally, Byers possesses an MBA from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, with dual specializations in Finance and the Medical Industry Leadership Institute, as well as a BS in Physics and Chemistry from Winona State University.
