Karen Feller

Karen Feller, PMP has over 30 years of work experience, with a strong background in program management, operations, and leadership. Karen is currently serving as the Director of the IT Business Office at APi Group. Previously, they held the position of Director of Data Insights Program Management at CWT, where they successfully managed consulting data initiatives and led a team of 25 professionals. Karen also served as the Director of Travel Services Operations at Target, where they spearheaded efforts to globalize travel services and established a high level of service through a global team of 14. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Target, including Store Operations Common Practices Manager and Store Leadership Positions, demonstrating their expertise in store operations, process improvement, and team management. Karen's extensive experience and strong leadership skills make their a valuable asset in any organization.

Karen Feller, PMP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2021 and Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Target in 2008.
