Kevin Krumm

Kevin Krumm recently joined APi Group in September 2021 as ‪executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Kevin joined APi from Ecolab, Inc. where he most recently served as Corporate Treasurer and Senior Vice President of Global Business Services. During his 17-year tenure there, he also held roles of increasing responsibility within Ecolab, including leading the Industrial segment finance team; leading regional finance teams in Europe, Middle East and Africa, Asia and Latin America; and leading international integration efforts for a major acquisition. He began his career in public accounting working for consulting firms PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen and Deloitte with a heavy emphasis on M&A/corporate finance.

Kevin brings well-rounded experience, expertise, cultural fit, and drive to the senior leadership team at APi. His deep operating and public company finance background, including substantial international and integration experience, will be leveraged and instrumental in helping achieve margin expansion goals and growth in new geographies.

Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and his master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
