Visakh Shaji

Visakh Shaji has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Visakh started their career in 2017 as a Production Engineering Intern at FläktGroup, where they focused on continuous improvement and interaction with workers. In 2018, they worked as a Master Thesis Researcher at DHL Sverige, where they focused on continuous improvements, waste identification, and workplace ergonomics study.

In 2020, they co-founded BORNBIX. In 2021, they joined Apica as a Java Developer, and later moved to MIST Global / Ventures as a Senior Developer, where they are currently working.

Throughout their career, Visakh has demonstrated strong technical skills and a focus on continuous improvement in various roles within the manufacturing and technology sectors.

Visakh Shaji obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala. Visakh attended this institution from 2011 to 2015. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Production Development and Management from Jönköping University. Visakh completed this program from 2016 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Visakh Shaji acquired the certification of Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2023.
