Vinícius Alves

Vinícius Alves has worked for several companies since 2014. Vinícius began their career as a Research Assistant on an On-Board Computer Verification for Space Applications Project at CNPq - MCT. In 2016, they became a Process Design Kit Developer at Chipus Microelectronics, where they programmed layout automation with Python and Tcl, developed callbacks and tests with Tcl, and used Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler. In 2018, they interned at Flow Energia as an Energy Trading Intern for Quantitative Market Analysis. The following year, they became a Technical Product Manager and Full Stack Engineer at Navarra Technologies, and an Alumni at Techstars. In 2021, they joined Voxy as a Software Engineer in DevOps, where they headed a project to consolidate the cache clusters, implemented an Android app building pipeline, updated the entire Terraform project, and migrated a self-hosted Mongo DB. Currently, they are a Site Reliability Engineer at Apicbase.

Vinícius Alves holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, which they obtained in 2022. Vinícius also holds a HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate certification from HashiCorp, which they obtained in February 2022.
