Damianos Charalampidis C.eng

Damianos Charalampidis C.Eng, F.IET, currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Aegean Baltic Bank S.A. and Apifon, and holds the position of Strategy Advisor at FUND4ALL. Damianos has extensive experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors, having previously held significant roles such as Group Chief Digital Officer at Alpha Bank and Group Chief Operating Officer at both the National Bank of Greece and Vodafone. Damianos also served as the Chairman of the Board at Grapevine Digital SA and has contributed to multiple organizations as an independent board member. Educationally, Damianos holds a Master's degree in Microprocessor Engineering & Digital Electronics from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Liverpool John Moores University, complemented by a Diploma of Engineering from the Technological Education Institute of Piraeus.
