Geoff Akie

Geoff Akie has been working in the technology industry since 2012. Theirwork experience includes roles at Veracode and Apiiro. At Veracode, they have held the roles of Enterprise Sales, Senior Security Program Manager, Security Program Manager, and Inside Sales. At Apiiro, they currently hold the role of Regional Sales Manager. Apiiro is a Cloud Application Security Platform that has been recognized as a 2021 RSA Innovation Sandbox Winner and a 2021 Gartner Cool Vendor in DevSecOps. It is backed by Greylock, Kleiner Perkins, and General Catalyst. At Veracode, Geoff's responsibilities included ensuring the adoption of Veracode's solutions throughout their client's IT delivery and Security organization and driving success by helping customers establish an enterprise-wide Application Risk Management Program and realize full utilization of Veracode's subscription services. At Veracode, they also worked to provide the world's leader in cloud-based application risk management, delivering solutions that use patented binary code analysis, dynamic web assessments, and partner or Veracode delivered manual penetration testing, combined with developer e-learning to independently assess and manage application risk.
