Tomer Amir

Tomer Amir has over 9 years of work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a Psychometric Teacher at High Q. In 2013, they moved on to Check Point Software Technologies as a Software Developer. In 2016, they joined Vonage as a Software Developer II, and was later promoted to Tech Lead (Software Developer III). In 2020, they became a Senior Software Engineer & Data Analysts Team Lead, and an Engineering Team Lead at Apiiro. At Apiiro, they work on helping security teams and developers proactively remediate critical risks in cloud-native applications such as design flaws, secrets, IaC misconfigurations, API code & OSS vulnerabilities across the software supply chain. Apiiro is a 2021 winner of the RSA Innovation Sandbox and Gartner 2021 Cool Vendor in DevSecOps, and is backed by Greylock & Kleiner Perkins.

Tomer Amir obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University in 2018.
