Manon de Saint-Ferréol

Manon de Saint-Ferréol has a diverse work experience, beginning with a research internship at CSIRO in 2009. In 2010 they worked as a Project Manager in R&D Packaging Environment at Nestlé, followed by a role as R&D Engineer in Meat & Seafood Ingredients at Diana Naturals in 2011. From 2012 to 2020, they held various roles at Sunfresh, including Responsible for Production Alimentaire and Responsible for R&D Methods and Procedures. In 2020, they worked as a Web Developer at Apimo and as a Web Stack MERN Javascript Developer at Le Bocal Academy.

Manon de Saint-Ferréol completed a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Sciences et technologie alimentaires from ENSAIA between 2007 and 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Baccalauréat in scientifique from Lycée Alexis de Tocqueville between 2003 and 2005. Manon also attended Lycée Masséna between 2005 and 2007, where they earned a B in prépa BCPST. In 2020, Manon completed a Developpeur Web FullStack JS from Le Bocal Academy in Informatique.
