Todd Lingren

Todd Lingren is an experienced data science professional specializing in natural language processing and biomedical informatics. Currently serving as an NLP Data Science Consultant at Apixio, Todd coordinates cross-training for a team of data scientists and clinical terminologists, while also troubleshooting and managing feature updates. Prior roles include Data Science Manager positions at both Apixio and SyTrue, where Todd oversaw teams that translated clinical concepts into algorithms for medical applications. Previous experience at Cincinnati Children's Hospital involved developing machine learning pipelines for entity extraction and drug reaction detection. Todd holds a Master of Science in Computational Linguistics from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing a PhD in Biomedical Informatics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
