Gregory Roche

Greg is responsible for managing the new product Research and Development activities. His is the holder of ten issued U.S. patents plus ten published U.S. patent applications. He has over 30 years of experience in processing plasmas, including both vacuum and atmospheric systems. He came to APJET from KLA-Tencor, with prior experience at Lam Research and Advanced Energy Industries. While at Advanced Energy he led the development of multiple plasma products, which are still offered for sale over 15 years later. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Irvine.
