Charles Luo

Charles Luo is a seasoned quality assurance and engineering professional with over 26 years of diverse experience in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a System Support Engineer at Apkudo since January 2022, Charles previously held the position of Quality Engineer at Premier LogiTech from October 2019 to December 2021. A significant part of Charles's career includes 15 years as Director of Quality at CVE Technology Group Inc., where expertise encompassed managing cell phone reverse logistics and repair/refurbish processes. Earlier roles include Product/Process Engineering Manager at Tianjin Samsung Electronics Co., LTD, where manufacturing processes for digital camcorders, DVDs, and VCRs were established, as well as Design Engineer at Tianjin Communication Broadcasting Group, focusing on TV structural parts design. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Southeast University, earned in 1991.
