Cecília Rêda has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Cecília began their work experience in 2019 as an Estagiário de Customer Success for Bússola do Investidor. In 2020, they were an Observador Eleitoral for Transparencia Electoral, as well as an Estágiaria de Pesquisa no Programa Municipal de Voluntariado Internacional for the Prefeitura de Belo Horizonte. Cecília Rêda is currently pursuing a degree in Relações Internacionais from Centro Universitário de Belo Horizonte, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023. In 2021, they completed a Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales from Universidad Abierta Interamericana. Additionally, Cecília is currently enrolled in a program for Educação em Direito Humanos at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais.
