Frederick Perrault

Frederick Perrault, CPA, CA, MSc, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and finance. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and Controlling Shareholder at Probiotech International Inc. since April 2024, Perrault actively contributes to various organizations, including Aplantex as a Board Member and Shareholder, GHGSAT as a Board Member and President of the Audit Committee, and Antalya Capital as President. Previous roles include long-term commitments at Cryos Technologies Inc., as a Shareholder, and CHU Sainte-Justine, where Perrault served as a Board Director until July 2024. Perrault's leadership experience also encompasses chairing boards at Mailhot Industries, eSolutions Furniture, and THE GTI GROUP, alongside participation on the Board of Directors for Meubles Foliot.
