Dr. Swen Kuper

Dr. Swen Kuper has more than 15 years of work experience. Dr. Swen is currently working as the Head of Project Horizon at Apleona Group since July 2023. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Abteilungsleiter Digitale Transformation at RGM Facility Management GmbH. Prior to that, they were the Referent Finanzen/Assistent der Geschäftsführung at RGM Holding GmbH from 2017 to 2019. Dr. Kuper also worked as a Lecturer at Accounting School Bochum Münster gGmbH from 2014 to 2016, where they taught various courses related to accounting and auditing. Dr. Swen gained research experience as a Scientific Assistant at Ruhr-Universität Bochum from 2010 to 2016. Before that, they were the Managing Director of Kuper24 GbR from 2004 to 2010.

Dr. Swen Kuper has an extensive education history. Dr. Swen obtained their Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Ruhr University Bochum in 2010. Following this, they pursued a higher degree and completed their Dr. rer. oec. in Betriebswirtschaftliche Steuerlehre from the same university in 2016. In 2017, they received an additional certification of Dr. from Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
