Pankaj Sanap currently holds the position of AGM Business Development at Aplos Ventures Private Limited, a role commenced in January 2023. Previously, Pankaj Sanap worked at Mahindra Susten from April 2015 to December 2022, advancing from Design Engineer to Assistant Manager and then to Deputy Manager, where responsibilities included product development, client engagement, cost analysis, and design specifications. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Engineer at Addonix Technologies Pvt Ltd and a Graduate Engineering Trainee role at KREISEL PUMPS - India. Pankaj Sanap is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and holds an MTech in Engineering Design from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, as well as a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
