Dr. Alicia M Lewis Thomas

Dr. Alicia M Lewis Thomas is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Adult Education Program Coordinator at Navarro College since May 2023, while also working as an Office Administrator at A+ Charter Schools, Inc. since November 2021. With a robust background in educational roles, Dr. Thomas has been a substitute teacher for grades 6-12 at Life Schools and for grades 9-12 at Inspiring Vision Charter School since December 2015. Previously, Dr. Thomas provided behavioral analysis support at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission from September 2017 to May 2023 and worked in various roles including Rural Carrier at the United States Postal Service and Bankruptcy Representative at Ditech Financial LLC. Dr. Thomas holds multiple advanced degrees including a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University and an EdD from Grand Canyon University, complemented by two Master's degrees from the same institution.
