Tara Stine

Tara Stine has gained extensive experience in HR compliance, leave of absence coordination, and team member relations at O'Reilly Auto Parts. Tara worked closely with company management to ensure compliance with various laws and policies, investigated complaints from team members, and prepared responses to discrimination charges. Tara also served in a client support and HRIS specialist role at APlus Payroll. Tara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Missouri State University.
