Tatiana Rodriguez

Tatiana Rodriguez is a seasoned professional in human resources and business analysis, currently serving as the People Advisory Manager for the Americas at APM Terminals since May 2024. Prior to this role, Tatiana held various HR positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk and APM Terminals, including People Partner and HR Business Partner focused on engagement. Tatiana's experience also includes significant contributions as a Financial Business Analyst at Citi, where a successful management reporting process migration was achieved, and as a Project Manager at BearingPoint, overseeing the implementation of digital taxes for Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance.
