Wesley Bos

Wesley Bos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital operations and management. Currently serving as the Senior Engineering Manager for Global Digital Operations at APM Terminals since November 2021, Wesley oversees the Execution & Control division, focused on developing digital products to improve terminal operations. Prior to this role, Wesley held several key positions at Royal Schiphol Group, including Senior Manager for Airport & Airline Performance, leading a team of over 60 IT professionals and implementing a comprehensive Agile portfolio process. Previous experience includes senior digital consulting roles at HEINEKEN and 538Groep, as well as leadership positions in digital departments at Publicis Groep Nederland and Saatchi & Saatchi. Wesley is also the founder of EBOOST, an online production agency, and has a strong educational background from Mediacollege Amsterdam and Het Baken Almere.
