Thomas Lagashu

Thomas Lagashu has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Thomas is currently serving as the Head of Sales and Business Development at apna, where they aim to apply the knowledge they gained from building a startup and create transformative products. Prior to this, Thomas held multiple positions at WhiteHat Jr, including Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales Operations, Sales Team Lead, Training Manager, Customer Service Lead, and Technical Support Specialist. Thomas also worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at WNS Global Services SA, where they led the transition of a business process. Thomas started their career as a Senior Process Manager at FIRST SERV SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED and later worked as a Senior Customer Service Associate at Convergys.

Thomas Lagashu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jorhat Engineering College, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Thomas has also completed the WhiteHat Jr: The Fellows Programme certification offered by Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in 2021.
