Hitendra Rathod has over 12 years of experience in human resources management. Hitendra Rathod, began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Robco Cabinets Ltd in 2008, where they successfully managed HR functions for the company. In 2010, they joined IKO Industries Ltd. as a Human Resources Manager, where they continued to excel in their role. In 2014, they moved to Manitowoc Foodservice as a Senior HR Manager, overseeing HR operations for the company. In 2016, Rathod joined ALUMICOR LTD as the Director of Human Resources, responsible for managing HR functions. Hitendra Rathod, later took on the role of Vice President, Human Resources Canada - ALUMICOR LTD & HARMON FACADES at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. In this position, they provided strategic leadership to integrated Canadian HR functions for Alumicor Limited and Sotawall Limited. Hitendra Rathod, was recognized for their volunteer community service through the Apogee Impact Award in 2022.

Hitendra Rathod, CHRP, CHRL, PCP has a Master of Labour Welfare (Industrial Relations) degree from South Gujarat University. Hitendra Rathod, also holds a Bachelor of Law, LL.B. degree and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the same university.
