Richard P.

Richard P. has a diverse work experience in finance and operations. Richard currently holds the position of Director of Finance Shared Services at Apogee Enterprises, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Finance Director for Order to Cash, Transformation, and Credit at GXO Logistics, Inc., and as the Finance Director for Procure to Pay at Ecolab. Richard also worked as a Continuous Improvement Lead at Cargill and held various roles at Ecolab, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Manager for Global Business Services. Richard started their career at BNSF Railway, where they progressed from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager in Revenue and Disbursements Management.

Richard P. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Management, Finance, and MIS, from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. Richard also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. In addition to their degrees, Richard P. obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Ecolab in February 2017.
