Steve Roberts

Steve Roberts has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Steve started their career at L.L. Bean as a Marketing, Advertising & e-Commerce Manager, where they played a key role in launching llbean.com. Steve then moved on to Dell, where they held multiple positions, including Director/Senior Manager in Global Brand & Marketing and Director in the US Consumer organization. At Dell, they implemented strategies to streamline marketing processes and improve brand control. In 2008, they became the Owner and Principal of TSJB Enterprises, Inc, contributing to business planning, P/L management, and operational support. Currently, Steve is the co-CEO of Apogee Results, where they are responsible for building and managing relationships with large clients and assisting in client onboarding and strategy development. Steve also plays a crucial role in managing and scaling the organization.

Steve Roberts attended the University of Southern Maine from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in History & Business Administration. Steve has also obtained a certification in BPI Executive Belt from Dell, although the specific month and year it was obtained is not mentioned.
