Dave Broderick

Dave Broderick is an experienced professional in sports management and development, currently serving as the Youth Academy Manager at Pembroke Wanderers Hockey Club since June 2020. In this role, Dave oversees various aspects of youth hockey programming, including service delivery, operations, coaching, and financial management. Additionally, Dave is the Lead Development Coach for the Leinster Hockey Association, directing development camps for over 100 young athletes. As Camp Director for All-Star Hockey Camps and former Head of Hockey Development at St. Kilian's German School Dublin, Dave has demonstrated a strong commitment to youth sports. With a significant background in project management and customer success roles at companies such as Xerox and IGT, Dave combines technical expertise with a passion for coaching and community engagement. Dave holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Master’s in Sports Management from University College Dublin.
