Ranbir Hira is a seasoned legal and financial professional currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer for Direct Lending at Apogem Capital since August 2022. Previously, Ranbir held the position of Associate General Counsel at New York Life Insurance Company from August 2019 to August 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Shareholder at Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson from August 2013 to July 2019, Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs from January 2011 to August 2013, and Associate roles at both Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP. Ranbir Hira earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, English Literature, and German Literature from Amherst College.
