Hans Rofors

Hans Rofors has worked in the technology industry since 1997. Hans began their career as a Developer at SvenskaInternetCentralen, then moved to Lead Developer at Comwell Digital Media in 1998. In 2004, they became a BI Developer & DBA at Folktandvården Stockholm AB. In 2007, they were a Development Manager at bwin.party digital entertainment, and was responsible for managing three scrum teams. From 2015 to 2019, they were CTO, and also Head of Software Development at Fyndiq, where they were responsible for ensuring capacity and skills within the development department, and remodeling the ways of working into a team-based structure. Since 2019, they have been CTO at apohem.se.

Hans Rofors attended Uppsala University from 1992 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
