Muriithi E. Mugo

Muriithi E. Mugo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer experience strategy, currently serving as the Head of Repayment Operations & Insurance and Head of Customer Experience & Telesales at Apollo Agriculture since January 2020. Muriithi has a strong background in managing customer experience and telesales operations, also having held the role of Telesales Lead at the same company. Previously, Muriithi worked at Safaricom PLC from February 2008 to January 2020 in various capacities, including BPO Operations Team Leader and Team Manager for Prepay Services, with a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and staff development. Muriithi holds a Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from the University of Nairobi and possesses a Diploma in Marketing Management and a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Extension, and Human Ecology from Egerton University.
