Mutai Amos

Mutai Amos has gained experience in customer service and technical support through roles as a Warehouse Associate and Call Center Agent at Apollo Agriculture since December 2020, where responsibilities included addressing inquiries from customers and business partners via telephone and chat. Prior to this, Mutai held an internship as a Presidential Digital Talent Intern at the Teachers Service Commission in Kenya from July 2019 to June 2020, focusing on promptly responding to technical queries from internal customers to maintain workflow. Mutai holds a degree from the Technical University of Mombasa, completed in 2017.
