Radu Vaduva has extensive work experience in customer experience management and technical support roles. Radu currently works as the Director of Customer Onboarding and Professional Services and also manages technical support at Apollo.io. Radu is responsible for managing customer support channels, developing scalable processes and content, collaborating with product management and engineering teams, and providing end-to-end resolution of cases. Prior to this, Radu worked as a Customer Support Manager and L2 Customer Support Architect at ESW Capital. Radu has a strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strives to achieve the best results possible.
Radu Văduva received their Baccalaureate Diploma in Mathematics - Informatics from "\"Spiru Haret\" National College" in 2003. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Universitatea din Craiova and studied Business Management, though they did not earn a degree.
