Decio Nascimento, MCIPD, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in both corporate and operational HR roles. At Apollo Tyres Ltd since November 2015, Decio has progressed through various leadership positions, currently serving as Head of Human Resources for the UK and Americas and previously as Divisional Head of Corporate HR. Responsibilities include overseeing HR strategies across multiple regions, focusing on talent management, total remuneration, and global mobility.
